We proudly announce the first “Agrigenomics for Food and Health: Connecting Engineering, Science and Industry” Congress, that will be held at Queretaro City, Mexico on September 1-2, 2022.
The event will take place over two days; the first one will focus on plant and animal genomics, while the second one will emphasize the study of microorganisms and their role in health and disease. The planned schedule per day consists of two master conferences, various short oral sessions, the exposition of academic posters, and the “Young investigator award” that will be granted to the best “elevator pitch” by PhD students and postdocs. After the congress, the proceedings will be published in a SCOPUS indexed journal. All the abstracts accepted for presentation in AFH2022 will go through a peer review process, and the best abstracts according to reviewer’s feedback will be published as a research note in the journal Biotechnology, Agronomy and Society and Environment (BASE) (Impact Factor: 1.087, Scopus rank Q2 in three different areas), without any additional cost.
